Welcome to Clearview Townhomes, a small section of homes set off of N. Franklin Street in Christiansburg, but convenient to Blacksburg, Christiansburg and Radford. Each townhome has access to both on and off-street parking, and the homeowners association maintains the exteriors and landscaping.

Located just a few blocks off of N. Franklin Street, grocery stores are within walking distance, downtown Christiansburg is a mile away, as are Radford Road and I-81. It’s easy to get anywhere, but with such a small collection of townhomes in the neighborhood it’s different from many other townhome communities in Christiansburg.
